I. Introduction
1.1 This document ('Terms and Conditions') governs the contractual relationship concerning the purchase and sale of products and services between Art Revive Project, hereafter referred to as "the Company," and the end-user, hereafter referred to as "the Customer."
II. Scope of Products and Services
2.1 The Company offers a diversified product line which includes but is not limited to clothing and accessories, home decor and wall art, pixel art, anime and gaming accessories, as well as life hacks encompassing technological and miscellaneous items ("Products").
2.2 In addition to Products, the Company provides customer support and shipping services ("Services").
III. Pricing and Payment Terms
3.1 The financial consideration for the Products and Services ("Price") is prominently displayed on the Company's official website.
3.2 Payment for the Products and Services can be made through various modalities, including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
IV. Shipping and Returns Policy
4.1 The Company provides international shipping to numerous jurisdictions. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the Customer’s order.
4.2 Customers may return any purchased Product to the Company within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase for a full refund, subject to terms specified elsewhere.

VIII. Severability
8.1 Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

9.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between the Company and the Customer, superseding all prior understandings, proposals, agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties, whether written or oral.
X. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
XI. Amendment Clause
11.1 The Company reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any amendments will be posted on the Company’s website. The Customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.
